In the month of September 1982, we began our journey to build a true international company. Even our name has its roots in what we wanted to achieve - Tionale was derived from the word "Interna. We were in the right place as Singapore was a globally renowned trading hub.young team set off to build the foundation of the trading business & successfully transacted our first shipment from Asia to the Middle East. We understood very early that it was important to be "close to customers" - this meant extensive traveling & time spent face to face with customers in various international markets. Expansion came rapidly as employees of different nationalities & background joined us with a wealth of experience in diverse industries. Though we have been in business for over 25 years, we are still a young organization - the average employee age is about 32 years! Our Management team is a blend of youth & experience drawn from premier Management, Accounting & Engineering institutes. Today, Tionale is a well respected name in the international markets. Being "close to the customers" is still the cornerstone of our growth - our infrastructure now includes own office space, warehouses & overseas Supply & Sales management offices. With the establishment of a strong customer base, we started exploring investment options in manufacturing & distribution - this has translated into joint ventures/Greenfield projects in the Food & Automotive component industries.
